The idea of volition or somehow being the one that is leaning this way or doing it is persistent and stubborn. It really, I feel drives a lot of people's willingness to see stuff away. Once you take away the idea that you're the doer of this stuff, then there can be a clear assessment of the stuff. And things are worn a lot better when they're not taken so seriously.
