The Value for Value Model Is Not Working
The ad model, like Adam said, is clearly not working. And it's not working because you can reproduce JPEGs and blog posts at zero marginal cost. That's why everything that's digital is basically free as computers are copying machines. The value for value model allows for unlimited giving which is very different from having a market price.
