One of the tricks that Stig here at TIP has used with us is asking us a question and just not giving his opinion at all. And Annie Duke actually talks about this as well where you want people to put out their true beliefs without being biased or swayed by especially someone that's higher up in an organization. So she recommends like if you're interviewing a candidate and let's say there's five people around the table, after the candidate leaves, one person shouldn't say their opinion.
