Do You Have a Talent Acquisition Strategy?
When I was trying to build my SLT, myself and Luke, who was my talent acquisition partner at the time, he and I had a really great conversation of what my intention was for the kind of organization I wanted to build. What I was looking for in my SLT is like, Luke, when we were done hiring, you know, 10, 12 people, this is what I'd like the result to be. We weren't necessarily always looking for just the perfect experience as looking first for character integrity and culture ad, and then also a skill set that I wanted to work with. So it's intention up front as to what we were going to build together.
