How Long Has It Been on the Market?

A lot of people are starting to get interested in this area and I think it's because you know, LA's had a lot of problems. January through April is our high, high season. We have kind of like a shoulder mid season, which is September through December. And then January through April just crushes and then Cotellars, obviously, stage co-turn April.
