The Pessimistic View of the Situation

The claim that Richie is still alive has been supported by dozens of eyewitness sightings from India to Lanzarote. The frequency of these sightings meant his family was extremely reluctant to declare him dead and Only did so in November of 2008 six years after they were legally entitled to. But some of those closest to Richie have a far more pessimistic view of the situation.
