The affordability to own is way out of whack with rent. It's only in like the last 10 years that it's been cheaper to own versus rent. Most Americans that are employed or have a dual income household can come out with $2,500 for 1% down. The challenge we have right now is the primary home buying population,. We always remember like we can look at that and say, Oh shit, it's always been cheaper to Own versus rents.
