I'm Not the Smartest Person in the House of Representatives, but They're Just Running Around

Gavin Newsam: The problem is now, and whatever applies to california applies to every state legislature. How are these people supposed to figure this out? I mean, teis, they're all just running around until they get caught on insogram and get fired. It does seem to me that iff they do become full time, this would be a tragedy for the people who are trying to just do ten to twenty to thirty hours of gig work. Like, what happens to those poor people who wanted to fill in between when they dropped their kids off a school and picked them up, and just grab a couple of hours here there as a second gig?...
