What Does Developer Productivity Mean to You?

In the last episode, i talked about my perspective, undeveloped by experience and developer productivity. And well, sir, there was a little bit of a conclusiona bottom lie, which is that i think organizations should stay rete away from focusing on in measuring development productivity. This means like, how do well developers feel about their work? Are they, are they feeling productive, or are they happy? You know, do they feel that they make progress?
