The Power of Rest

I like feeling like I'm actually doing something feeling strong. If I feel too loose, I kind of feel a bit like a spaghetti noodle. The opposite of that is like when you've got too much rest, it just feels super weird. And so what's your average week look like then the majority of your weeks would be how many workouts a week? How often are you in the pool for you in the gym and things like that? Yeah. Do three gym sessions at the moment to work on my turns because my turns were horrible last year.
