Jeff Yang: I think in terms of how to get the most value from travel rewards, it's clearly from these signup bonuses. When you spend $4,000 in the first three months, so I think roughly you could get $1,200 again, $0.2 per point, $1, 200 worth of travel from that. He says he hasn't anecdotally noticed that it's that much harder to redeem. Yang: In terms of actual quantity of award seats for flights, let's say American and Delta have dropped a dramatic amount. But there has been some anecdotal drop on United but I haven't seen any dramatic drop on Southwest.
