Glass Door Reviews for Interviews - Is That the Way to Go?

I feel like companies should do a better job running campaigns around getting glass door reviews for interviews. Because then it's like, all right, somebody's not moving forward, but we still preserve their experience and set up the relationship for success. We're not treating people like numbers, we're treating them as human beings that, you know, we're building positive relationships with. So yeah, I wonder if I Sims could do that.
