Django Is a Great Web Framework for Beginners

As web frameworks go, Django is actually pretty good in terms of being consistent. For a beginner to pick that up, it's actually quite difficult. Separate settings files can be easy, easy. But when you have experience, it's nice that Django lets you truly customize it.
