In every corner of my organization there are people who have different idea about what is right and what is wrong. If all of us in a company have a different value system how is it that we are going to move the company in a common direction? We don't know everything at the beginning and the only way to learn more is to try to do something right. There is no going around if i'm working with a consultant or without where do i start initiating the age of transformation do i first go with implementing scrum or do i start on leadership level or do i both in parallel
