How Do I Get a Clearing Price for City Group?
The closing price is determined by an imbalance that happens in the last 10 minutes of the day. So for example, a mutual fund wants to sell half a million shares in city group. You're basically trying to be a buyer so you can offset that imbalance and then slowly the market will converge somewhere between those two places.
