Tracy's Alleged Involvement in the Murder of Pauletta

Tracy told investigators he went to the store moment after arguing with his wife, to pick up a bag of chips and a baby. When officers began to look in tracy's car, they found no evidence that he had gotten anything. There was also blood spatter on the front of the car that tracy was driving that he claimed was not the murder at the time that it happened. Surveillance cameras at the store do not show tracy even stepping inside that store on the night of the murder.
