The Magic of Self-Love
The purpose of love is to love so expansively and vehemently that you can connect with everyone. I feel like the way we resist violence is not just through diagnosing it and giving evidence of it, but actually countering it with love. As someone who's so street harassed, I started to think about what is the opposite of street harassment. That's a meager articulation of what I need. It's public love.
