How to Use Act to Manage Panic Attacks

I feel like children and teenagers respond really, really well to act. They haven't had years and years of being conditioned to avoid the difficult or uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. I met with a teenager recently who has just terrible, terrible panic attacks. And they were able to talk about some strategies using act for managing those panic attacks. The problem develops for therapists where the work is presented as vague and clients are not seeing how they can actually use the strategies to help them in their day-to-day lives. But if we can make it very practical, but also be setting some home tasks so that they can practice the strategies.
