How to Be Present and Get Your Job Done
Being present and getting my job done is a common dilemma. I want to make progress on my to-do list and help the team to progress there to do list two. Another one that I definitely feel in my working week is I want to help other people to learn and I need to take the time to learn for myself too. So how do we make both of those things happen? And so one of the things that we think here we're aiming for is moving from the end overload to and agility. It means you're more flexible, more adaptable, more resilient, probably more employable to be honest.
