I wanted to be very clear with everybody that I worked with what was the principle I was using to make decisions so every time I would be there I'd write down a principle. Over three million books in three four countries and people would write me real thank you notes because it made a difference. It's been great. We need to have the willingness to call everything to the table. And we need to remove the shame of welcoming all parts of ourselves back to the table each time they come up. know that that's how successful people have become successfulso you play with it adapt with it and also known your main weaknesses.
