How to Practice Self Hypnosis

When you first start practicing self hypnosis, set a timer for fifteen minutes in case you fall asleep and five minutes of the induction where you think about a physical keyword. Then maybe seven or eight minutes of giving yourself suggestions. And if you want to open your eyes and look at what you've written on a piece of paper, that's perfectly fine.
