How to Practice Self Hypnosis
When you first start practicing self hypnosis, set a timer for fifteen minutes in case you fall asleep and five minutes of the induction where you think about a physical keyword. Then maybe seven or eight minutes of giving yourself suggestions. And if you want to open your eyes and look at what you've written on a piece of paper, that's perfectly fine. So when should you practice self hypnosis? Any time will work. Please don't do self hypnosis while you're driving. If you want more information, you can get in touch with me a little bit later on.
