Heam, the joy of being selfish is a new book by Nollywood actress Nona Ogunlesi. She says in order to have time for self love and self care you need to put yourself before other people. Her mother was initially worried that her daughter would promote 'selfish' behaviour. But she sees it from a different point of view than those who are praised for their altruism.

In this episode, Hannah is joined by Michelle Elman, who is a life coach and author. Michelle discusses her new book The Joy of Being Selfish, and boundaries - setting them, communicating them and respecting them. She and Hannah talk about “empowered dating”, and the assumption that meeting someone IRL is better than through an dating app. Finally, Hannah and Michelle discuss the TV show Normal People, and how virginity is a scam.
