Many of you have written to me about feeling not understood, feeling that we don't do enough. That's totally unworthiness. We can play with this a little bit. When you feel it come up, don't feel bad about feeling bad. And kind of giggle or smile like i just did. Like while where is this going? It doesn't have to be an ordeal. It's fu place to pick up your journal and just let it flow out of you.
