Is It Difficult to Get an Animator?

Sothe startric video is not a good reason for why getting an animator is difficult. The animation and the illustration style was far more complex awhat you usually do. And i don't think it would be very difficult, or take too much work, to kind of mould somebody into to wanting to work the way ta you do.
