The Importance of Solidarity Unions
The union movement in the US has been declining by 1% every year for three decades. But tech workers sometimes think we're way more special than they are, that we can't be organized on these like union lines because of our own labor and expectations. Less dispelled by what we did right? At the same time, not every union would come out and understand how Google workers are weirdSometimes you have to deal with difficulties when it comes to dealing with unions. It's really hard to appreciate if you haven't been in an organization and failed.
