The Penultimate One Is Speaking Terms
Second to last, as ethan just said, is on speaking terms. That means that your relationship with a person is ok, but maybe it's not the best. So you can be friends with somebody if you're in speaking terms. The next one is or the final one, is spoken for. For example, some one might come and hit on you. You would use this one to say that your inner relationship has been affected by someone hitting on you.
