The Co Consciousness Relation

Panpsychism involves arguing against materialism and an dualism, but then developing the idea. One big part of that is a solving the so called combination problem. How do we understand the relationship between consciousness at the level of fundamental physics and our consciousness? And what's been discussed more recently is a how? How does the physical world arise from facts about consciousness?
