Will They Carry It Forward?

The pedemic may not be over, but are these new behaviors hard wired enough that this is how organizations will run going forward? I think it needs to be an intentional choice. The ses we talk to were very, very intentional about the oregon and culture and talent side of things. And so treating with that kind of importance, i think, is what makes the difference.
