Are Bonds Worth More Than Dollars?
The dollar and bonds go higher, there's a relationship between them. The fed right now is just purchasing a ridiculous amount of bonds at a point where we should start seen. Even if the fence starts tapering this year, which i i'm not convinced they will, that still an over abundance of purchasing relative to what the auction sizes are. So my view is we should still continue to see financial conditions tight and due to ce, and that will put upward pressure on both of them.
