A very tiny amount of solid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training will make a massive difference in how officers handle those situations. The problem is if you don't keep up with it constantly, then it's probably not going to be practical. Maybe it's not practical to train hundreds of thousands of police or however many there are in the country through your program. But that seems like what they need to do.
