In the midl of t night, grip strength is very, very low. Mid morning rip strength is high. And as the body temperature goes up into the afternoon, grip strength goes higher and higher and higher. There's a circadian rhythm. Want to do this at more or less the same time each day f you ant use it. But i think it's brilliant in its simplicity and its directness to these upwar motor nerons.
