How to Create a Wireframe in PowerPoint

When I started creating wire frames like over 15 years ago, I was doing it in PowerPoint. And then I remember, I don't know if you remember this, what was it called, Kino-topia? Yes, I know. So some guy created a library of all of these elements that you could use and then just drag them in. But I felt that that was for a later stage, because most of the things in the library were quite high fidelity.
