How to Find a New Doctor to Talk About ADHD

A grandparent asked, the meds that my grandson has been taking are not working now. His pediatrician won't give him the time of the day on this topic. How do you find a new doctor who is not just comfortable with talking about ADHD, but highly experienced and really likes doing it?
