If you add up now because initially you said you were going to raise $225 million if you add it all up now with over allotments you're closing in on almost 280. All of that it seems is going to closing the second Petrobras deal which is a little over $400 million correct? Yeah that's right so we'll have a sort of robust working capital position and positive cash flow immediately upon closing this second acquisition. Right but you have plans to expand beyond the
