Residential Real Estate Inventory Will Increase in the East Coast

Karlie asks, do you have any news or advice on how or when residential real estate inventory will increase in her case? That is a great question. And I think it's a great issue that we all need to talk more about because there is this massive under supply of residential inventory in the US right now. Once interest rates even out and probably start to come down in the next year or so, hopefully not in the two distant future, we'll start to see some of that much needed supply continue to get built.
