Twitter - Is That Going to Hurt the Platform?

The New York Times analyzed tweets from more than a thousand users whose accounts were recently reinstated. Many of the users are posting about topics that got them barred in the first place, including COVID skepticism and QAnon. So is that going to hurt the platform? It may well hurt the platform if the key goal here is to try to monetize the user base at Twitter.
