The Tory Party's Opposition to Local Government Grants

I can't think of anywhere else in the world that is moving towards less representative systems of voting. So you could vote green first choice labor second and then you end up as a labor mayor but people are allowed to vote green. If you split that vote in first pass the post it will probably favor the conservative. Yeah, so this is again I think goes to this perception that there's some degree of voter suppression going on.
