How Do You Go From Hiring One Editor to Hiring the Next Person?

i've literally just been hiring like, a person a month for the last four years. i personally loved the creative meetings. I thought those were the most interesting to be in. And you're thinking obviously very much and in like terms of retention, but your whole team is also thinking the exact same alisa. It's not problem solving that if you walked into a movie studio that they're thinking about. You actually have to compete in the a'm sure they shoot for ratention as well. Werh jus, we're very, very seriousot,. i don't like using setematic shots or,you know, unless, like, you have multiple camp set ups here.
