The White Rose in the Paradiso

When we understand who we are as human beings that we understand the nature of the divine presence within us. And then Dante can enter the Imperium, which is the uncreated order and regions beyond space and time. He starts to see what first seems like a series of reversals or twists and turns to him. So he notices that instead of the souls coming down to greet him, they're now rising and taking him towards the center of all things.
