How Do I Know When It's Time to Leave?

i ask my husband to keep us on track. My brain genurinely does not recognize the passage of time. Iam dead set convinced that if you stuck me in a room with no windows and came back a little while later and said, how long have you been in here? i would have absolutely no clue. The struggle i have is that when he's like, we know we need to leave in ten minutes,. i don't know that it's not a realistic goal to get those things done in ten minutes really.
