I like that approach. One, because it helps you avoid confirmation bias, but two, it actually sets you up for later growth and innovation in the same space. And so I think of this kind of research as what we call digging the well. It's very much about creating this repository of insights that you can draw from for years and years and years beyond just that initial round of customer visits or user interviews.
