Michael Hyatt's company has actually benefited immensely from this transition and I know Michael has personally as well. It was very intentional with of course their students and their clients in mind every step of the way. Another thing is that they didn't make a huge hoopla about it. They just said hey we're making this change. Here's why we think this is important and then they just moved on. And I thought that was really smart as well because at the end of the day it's not about is it Michael Hyatt or full focus but how they serve.
