Think of it like a engineering professor working on a car verses. Pretty hard to listen to that senior enlisted person, because they have that wisdom experienceand i think it also points out, in a use, the word being you talk about being educated, but that does not mean having sat in a classroom with books. It means, i can mean that, but you know, the lieutenant who has gotten a college degree and went through r t c and all thatt is not the same kind of education as that sergeant who's been out there doing this.
