mora is an extravert. She says she has two types of stress: destress and distress. Stress can be relieved by doing something that relaxes you, such as yoga or a long walk with your trainer. Distress comes from the pressure to make yourself acceptable to other people. Mora's father was always in "survival mode" because he didn't want his family to lose their food.
