Davies first landed at an organization called the african american federation. That opened up, and that led to his job at the black ministerial alliance. He went in as the deputy director and have been the executive director since two thousand eight. We help churches develop ways of weaving themselves into the fabric of community. It's only by doing that can they really affect them for the kingdom of god.
