i'm really fascinated by this idea of, as i talked about, stress being such a root cause of down regulating hormones and all these things that we're seeing in 20 year gaps now compared to forty years ago. And women are seeing huge torman disruption, disruptions way earlier an whichi bout stress being the rut cause. I just think people had to have been getting better sleep. Oh, i agree. W obviously i getting more sleep,. You're less stressed, yes. We look at health that talking about sleep and getting deep sleep, and feeling rejuvenated when you wake up, people start just feeling like it's just normal to get shitty sleep every night.
