Using the Choose Your Own Adventure Model for Faculty Development Workshops
I really like choosing to use the what I call choose your own adventure or choose your own path options for faculty. So if you come to my workshops virtually, I usually offer sort of two or three core webinars and then you'll have a series of maybe five other topics that are kind of related to the main topic. And now I've actually started using it in my courses for postdocs and graduate students as well. My second observation is that you are designing shorter, more focused lessons within your courses.
