I remember watching Tama's I don't know if you watch Tama's at all but reading Partition related Shara Chandra stories and the cow carcass and the pick carcass. The music outside the mosque doesn't change and yet we are falling prey and victim to this every time. We were also responding to despairing calls of victims now down the cops after that those real life dilemmas we faced, she says. She adds: "One needed to do more than just put pen on paper or type out your story"
She began as a journalist in the pursuit of truth. She went on to embrace activism in the pursuit of justice.
