If you were in charge ofa the health gare system in california and unconstrained by the politics, what would you do? I would do what i oproposed av 14 hundred pasts id have the a c 11 put into effect. And we would be able to do so much morein bringing helthar justice to our community. New york has a bill. In washington, there's a movement. I would love to see all these states show the country how it's done. If one does it, i think it helps the others.
