Our letter writer should talk to her manager about setting the right tone. She could say, hay, if you just talk to the whole team about how expectations are different now. If she does need to have her deliverables changed or her schedule reset, that something to talk with her manager about two and then be fully communicated to the team. It sounds like the accusations or the insinuations have been directed at groups of parents, not necessarily directly at her. So i think it's better if it comes from someone who maybe has some authority over this person, or at least influence.
